In Word, customized shortcuts (i.e. assigning Ctrl-Shift-S to strikethrough because I like it that way) are not yet stored on the cloud. This clearly needs to be remedied, whether simply by uploading it, or by having a cloud-based word processor (with local client for offline access, something Google Docs could really use).
